Aren't the diaphragms no longer available?
But, i already have a half dozen or more. Better than an 806, nearly as rugged as an 808, almost as good as an 802.
One of you fellas should buy them just so i don't.

Not sure. I never bought a diaphragm. At 155 bucks each, as far back as 15 years ago, it's always been cheaper just to find another working driver. They're not as fragile as an Altec aluminum phragm, you really have to do something wrong to break them. No frams AFAIK, certainly none from Renkus. A friend says he saw Chinese ones somewhere, better just to buy another as Bowtie says. Singles are still around.
